SPECS: 320,000 sq. ft. distribution facility in Ashland, Va.

PROJECT: Knowing our ability to deal with land entitlement, development, and complex construction matters, our client approached Pivot to help them fast-track a distribution facility for Amazon. We were involved in all facets of construction and interaction with Amazon representatives and worked with Hanover County officials, engineers, contractors, and adjacent owners to add a 370-space parking lot to the project. We were highly involved in budgeting and assisting with construction management. Our work helped the facility open on time with only a five-month build cycle.
