SPECS: 110,000 sq. ft. medical office building in suburban Richmond, Va.

PROJECT: As the owner's representative, we coordinated and communicated directly with general contractor and all other parties through contract negotiations, engineering plans, development work, tenant interaction, property sale and more. The effort manifested in the timely completion of the first major healthcare facility in western Henrico County for the region's largest public hospital system.
