SPECS: 35,000 sq. ft. medical office building in suburban Richmond, Va.

PROJECT: In the suburban sprawl of Short Pump, successful land use and entitlement requires a knowledge of the market, the zoning rules, and the trusted relationships to get projects cleared to move forward. Working on behalf of our owner client, Pivot led entitlement and land development work for the property for the Stanley Shield group.
